Autonomous drone delivery system in a rural area

The goal of the project is to test and develop a scaled-down, automated delivery platform for drone based parcel distribution in sparsely populated areas. The project consists of coordinating project activities that include the development and construction of the delivery platform as well as technical integration and system testing.

A well-functioning system could strengthen the service offering in sparsely populated areas, reduce carbon dioxide emissions and at the same time create new opportunities for local companies in technology, logistics and infrastructure.
